A therapeutic massage session focuses on a flow of Swedish-based techniques applied to the client to promote relaxation and reduce tension within the body, staying within a pressure range of light to medium. All sessions are centered around each client's individual needs.

Therapuetic Massage

A deep tissue session is best for those who are dealing with chronic pain, postural imbalances, or just overall prefer deeper pressure during their massage. Throughout the session, techniques pulled from different types of massage, including myofascial release and trigger-point therapy, are used to reach client-centered treatment goals.

Deep Tissue Massage

Feel the warmth of the stones melt away tension and stress as the massage therapist glides the stones across the body. Placement stones are also used to heat areas that aren’t being worked on, providing for a whole body experience. 

Hot stone massage is also a great way to focus on grounding, as the stones provide a connection to the Earth.
